By using the Turşu application, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Service Description

Turşu helps you track fermentation processes, discover recipes, and manage your fermentation journey. It is for informational purposes and does not provide medical or food safety advice.

3. Account Responsibility

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information
You must keep your account credentials secure
You are responsible for all activity on your account

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code is protected by copyright. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

5. Disclaimer

The application is provided "as is." We are not responsible for issues arising from fermentation results.

6. Health & Food Safety Warning

Recipes and fermentation information are for informational purposes only. They do not replace medical or professional food safety advice.

Always follow hygiene rules during fermentation
Do NOT consume if you see mold, bad smell, or color changes
Consult your doctor if you have food allergies
Pregnant/nursing individuals should exercise caution
Consult a pediatrician before giving fermented foods to children

7. Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store. They auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage in App Store account settings.

8. Service Changes

We reserve the right to change app features without prior notice.

9. Account Termination

Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended. You may close your account at any time.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated. Continuing to use the app after changes means you accept the new terms.
